You can have round mirrors with no frame at all, or even those with crazy shaped frames. Pictures of you and your friends can make the room feel more home-y, no matter what size. Hanging shelves are also an awesome touch and they are very "teen-ish". You can put bath and body works items in there, or they have little round chairs that are actually for your phone at Claire's. You can get candy jars and fill them with different types of candy, or you can fill them with nail polish and make up.
