Why does my ex, father of my daughter, new chic doesn't allow him to call me for our daughter?

I don't know if he loves her. But if he ditches his daughter for her then he's a piece of ****. And she sounds like a jealous moron who needs to grow up. Who tries to keep someone from their children like that? Selfish.
