Why does my ex, father of my daughter, new chic doesn't allow him to call me for our daughter?

Poor child. Sounds like the girl is controlling him, and for some reason he is still clinging to her leash. It's nothing you can do but ignore her. Don't keep anything going. If she text you again, warn her that you will take legal action for harassment, and keep it at that. Save all the text messages. As for you, and your daughter, plus baby daddy...let the courts handle it.
