Creative Birthday present ideas?

My best friend's birthday is coming up and she's turning 15. She's super artistic and loves taking pictures, playing guitar and singing. She's totally into indie music, but doesn't really have an iPod right now. Her style is Chic when she dresses and she's obsessed with anything vintage. Can anyone help me think of the best present ever, but not too expensive? something different would make it even more awesome. Thanks!
