How do I find musicians if I am under 18?

Me and my band are looking for a bassist and a vocalist, but can't seem to find any. We would try local clubs and places like that but we're only 14-15. We can't find any musicians that fit within our genre as almost nobody in our area likes metalcore or thrash metal, and the ones that do, don't play an instrument or are just complete a**holes. If you have any suggestions on how to help, we would really appreciate it. Thanks.
