Why does my ex, father of my daughter, new chic doesn't allow him to call me for our daughter?

If your ex listens to this mean hateful woman that's his problem.It's his fault he isn't seeing his daughter.If he doesn't work,then how is he going to pay Child Support?The court may issue a warrant for his arrest,if you press the issue,but then he still won't be able to pay Child Support.
